Emma is a breath of fresh air to the recruitment industry. She has your best interests in mind with every conversation and ultimately she encourages you to decide what is best for yourself and helps you every step of the way for you to get there. Emma does not push any decision and will always listen to what you want from your career. I spoke to Emma when I was unsure about whether I wanted to look for a new position. Rather than try and push a lot of other opportunities to me, she listened and allowed me to make my own decision. I did not decide to change position at that point but it was the fact that Emma understood and didn’t push me to make a decision as to why I then decided to contact her again when I wanted a new role. Instead of just pushing me out to a lot of different companies, Emma took the time to get to know my professional life, get to know my personal life and then used her good working relationships with employers to get me interviews with companies where she believed I would be a good fit. As expected, Emma was totally right and I found my new role. Emma’s help did not stop there, throughout the whole notice period of my previous role and the beginning of my new role, she was constantly in touch to check in and make sure everything was ok. She was also offering advice on issues with my previous role and researched ways to help my situation which was hugely appreciated and over and above what she needed to do. She made me feel very comfortable with the move and gave me the confidence to believe in myself when decisions were hard to make.
