I would like to thank all the staff at Code Resources, especially Paul Clarke for the involvement in finding me the right job. After 10 years of working for my previous employer, I have decided to move on, and try myself somewhere else. ‘I found my experience with Code resources very good. When comparing to previous recruiters I have dealt with, they were good at choosing appropriate employers to what position I am. I.e. employers who local to my current living location, employers who are looking to train employees through degrees etc. which I want to do. In terms of organising interviews, all interviews were arranged at times when I was free so I wasn’t travelling out of my way to get to interviews and there weren’t too many interviews in one day so appropriate preparation time could be given to each. Following interviews, they were also very attentive in how I felt during the interview and any comments the employers had after the interview.
