I had made the decision to make a career change and enrolled on a college course whilst trying to find a company who would be interested in taking on someone like myself to train. I spoke with a number of recruiters who promised me they could help and said they would stay in touch, but none of them came through, one even told me to ring him back when I had my qualification so it seemed there wasn’t much hope as experience and qualifications were required. Then, Emma reached out to me, I explained the situation I was in to her and that I had been unsuccessful with any other recruiter. All I can say is that as a smallish independent agency, CODE Resources perform at the top of my expectations and they are very high !!!
