As a Highway Engineer I have had to seek employment twice in the last 5 years and both times Paul Clarke and Code Resources have successfully delivered. The first time was when a delivery partnership ended on the Friday, I was able to start with a new employer on the Monday. The second time was following redundancy in December, I started 4 weeks later with a new employer. December is never the best time for finding work in Civil Engineering.
