Are you an experienced Revit/BIM Coordinator looking for a stable, long-term contract? Join a close-knit team of around ten MEP engineers with a strong pipeline of projects and an immediate requirement for additional BIM support.

The role

• Produce and coordinate detailed MEP models using Revit.
• Coordinate mechanical and electrical building services.
• Working knowledge of utilising ACC and Viewpoint platforms essential.
• Undertake clash detection and model reviews using Navisworks.
• Produce accurate drawings, layouts and schedules.
• Resolve coordination issues across multidisciplinary models.
• Support engineers throughout project delivery.
• Manage your own workload with minimal supervision.

What you’ll need

• At least seven to eight years’ Revit/BIM experience.
• Strong MEP and building services coordination experience.
• Advanced Revit & ACC skills and good Navisworks knowledge.
• A proactive, self-starting approach.
• Ability to work from the Cheshire office five days per week.
