BIM / Revit Technician (MEP)

📍 Manchester (Hybrid Working)

💰 £40,000 – £45,000 (DOE)

We’re working with a well-established and growing building services consultancy in Manchester, currently looking to bring in a BIM / Revit Technician to support a strong team of 40+ MEP engineers.

This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative design environment with a strong pipeline of healthcare projects, offering exposure to complex, high-value schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce and develop coordinated 3D MEP models using Revit
• Work closely with engineers to deliver detailed design drawings
• Assist with clash detection and model coordination across disciplines
• Maintain BIM standards and project documentation
• Support project delivery from concept through to construction

Requirements:

• Experience using Revit within a building services / MEP environment
• Understanding of BIM workflows and coordination processes
• Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary design team
• Good communication and attention to detail
