Europe Looking for a BDM for a Building Services Maintenance organisation to cover the UK based from home, North or Midlands would be preferable.
The role will be focused on new business and some account management of existing clients and old.
Requiring someone with a good knowledge and track record of winning hard services M&E maintenance contracts, nationally and regionally.
This role would suit an individual who is working as a BDM, Account Manager, Sales Manager, for a Maintenance organisation already.
