This is a well-established consultancy which has been operating for over 60 years. They work on major construction schemes within various sectors (with particular strengths in healthcare, pharmaceutical and commercial areas) on a nationwide basis, with offices throughout the UK. They are looking for someone who will be happy to work in the office 5 days a week.
You will be responsible for understanding how BIM will effect project workflows, deliverables and project management throughout KFI. The primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related BIM projects, files and models. You will be supported by a small but very capable team of BIM professionals (current headcount of 4, but there is certainly room to grow the team further over time).
The ideal person will have most (if not all) of the following characteristics:
- 8+ years’ experience
- Expert level knowledge of BIM (CAD and Revit)
- Demonstrable people management experience
