MEP Building Physics Engineer
Manchester

Looking for a proactive and passionate Building Physics Engineer to support our MEP team on a wide range of UK projects. You’ll work closely with engineers and consultants to deliver innovative, sustainable building solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Energy modelling & building performance simulations (IES VE)
- Part L, EPC, TM52/59, TM54 compliance
- Early-stage design assessments & passive design
- Report writing & client liaison
What We are Looking For:
- Proficiency in IES VE (ModelIT, ApacheSim, MacroFlo, etc.)
- Strong understanding of building regulations and low-carbon solutions
- Effective communicator with analytical thinking
- Experience delivering high-quality technical reports
Desirable Extras:
- Knowledge of SAP, HVAC systems, BREEAM/WELL
- Relevant qualifications (OCDEA, LCC, IES Accreditation)
