The candidate must not have been previously registered with Code Resources
The referrer will receive the fee upon the candidate completing 13 weeks continous employment
All payments will be made subject to statutory PAYE deductions
Code Resources reserve the right to amend referral fee terms and amounts without notice
Candidates must be employed within 13 weeks of a referral being submitted
Successful referral of permanent candidate = £1000
Successful referral of contract candidate = £300
